Kostamar Beach Resort, Diu

This resort has its positives, such as being located right by a stunning beach and equipped with a large swimming pool. The reception team was exceptionally helpful, but the overall service left much to be desired. The rooms were basic with some maintenance issues, and dining did not meet my expectations given the seaside setting. I wished for better quality food and more attentive service.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was ideal, right across from Nagao beach, and the facilities were generally well-kept, including a nice pool. However, the service was underwhelming, and I encountered issues with the food and room design. Overall, it has great potential but definitely needs improvement in several areas.

Kostamar resort offers an excellent stay with a clean pool, spacious and well-laid-out rooms, and a rooftop restaurant that enhances the dining experience. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very cooperative and attentive. However, the pool's early closing time is a letdown, and some guests may find certain dining options needing improvement, particularly with food service timing.

The hotel boasts a wonderful location right across from Nagoa beach, making it perfect for those who enjoy easy access to the coast. While the rooms are nice and offer great views, the service fell short of expectations with delayed responses and inattentive staff. Additionally, while the dining options were decent, they were a bit pricey and could use improvements, particularly in Chinese cuisine. Overall, it has great potential but needs some attention to detail in service and dining.

I had a great stay at this resort with some highlights and a few areas that need improvement. The location is fantastic, just across from the beach, and the views from the rooms are beautiful.
